With the incisional method, if an excessive incision is made, an unnatural eye shape may result from the double eyelid, while in the case of the non-incisional method, there is a risk that the double eyelid may loosen as the fixation weakens over time.

The Natural Adhesion Method is a non-incisional double eyelid surgery technique that combines the advantages of both the buried suture and incisional methods to create a permanent double eyelid line without incisions. By making small holes and removing fat and soft tissue through them, it induces natural adhesion between the muscle and skin, acting as a form of scar.
